Capo Falcone Charming Apartments is a recently built structure, located directly on the sea, just 250 metres from La Pelosa, one of the island's most popular and suggestive beaches.

The 56 flats that make up the Residence, characterised by a contemporary architectural style, are distributed in five living units surrounded by gardens. 
Tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, they can be either on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a terrace, always equipped with table and chairs. 
All accommodations have air conditioning, wi-fi connection (for partial use), smart TV, smoke detector, kitchenette with crockery and cutlery, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine. 

B4 - Comfort Apartment (4 People)
Cozy and functional, this 38 m² apartment is perfect for small groups. It features a living area with kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom, and a modern bathroom with shower.

B4P - Premium Apartment (4 People)
Elegance and comfort in 38 m². The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenette, a well-appointed double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom.

T6P - Premium Apartment (6 People)
Spacious and refined, this 58 m² apartment is ideal for larger families. It includes a living area, two double bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms.

The residence offers its guests many services such as: reception (from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00), wi-fi connection (for partial use), free use of bicycles (with deposit of € 50), use of the swimming pool, children's playground, shared barbecue area, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, private parking. 
In the immediate vicinity there are bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. For sports lovers there are diving, kite and windsurfing centres. Possibility of excursions by sea and land. 

La Pelosa beach has a limited entrance, upon reservation. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for hire at the equipped areas of the Gabbiano and La Pelosetta beaches, a short distance away (opening is at the discretion of the private managers). The purchase of the beach entrance ticket can only be made on the official website of La Pelosa.

Stintino, an ancient fishing village, is just three kilometres away, with its small port, typical restaurants and evening markets that enliven the long summer evenings. Use of the car is advised.

Alghero Fertilia Airport is 56 km away, while the port of Porto Torres is just 30 km away.

MANDATORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT

- Forfait Services: from 14/06 to 12/09 euro 10 per day for adults, euro 5 for children 3-11 years, free for children 0-2 years. Prices include electricity, water, gas, first supply of bed/bath linen; change of linen every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights.
- Final cleaning: Two-room apartment euro 80, Three-room apartment euro 90. Kitchenette by the customer, otherwise supplement of euro 50.
- Deposit: 200.00 euros, returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer, costs to be paid by the customer.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT (to be indicated at the time of booking)

- Midweek cleaning: Two-room apartment euro 50, Three-room apartment euro 70 (excluding kitchenette).
- Beach towel: euro 5.00 per change.
- Extra bed linen or towels: euro 10.00 per person per change, euro 20 per double set.
- High chair/stroller: euro 2 per day per piece.
- Pets: max 25 kg, 50 euros for additional cleaning.

Stay period 05/04-13/06 and 13/09-31/10 free stays minimum 3 nights, other periods minimum 5 nights.
