In the province of the Medio Campidano, the small town of Arbus includes within its municipality a territory that extends for more than 26,000 hectares, including the mountain range of Mount Arcuentu, a mining area that has marked the history of the territory (Ingurtosu, Montevecchio and Gennemari) leading down to the sea and a coastline that stretches for almost 50 Km. This area is called Costa Verde or Marina di Arbus; wild and untouched, it includes seas and beaches of an incomparable beauty, from Capo Frasca to reach Capo Pecora and Portixeddu. Another highlight is definitely Piscinas beach, known for its magnificent sand dunes that reach 100 meters, lapped by a clear and wonderful sea.
