In the heart of the Punta Marana district, Marinella Residence offers an exclusive retreat for those seeking the tranquillity of a crystal-clear sea and the convenience of a marina within easy reach. Set in a landscape of white sand and rocks sculpted by time, these residences are a hymn to natural beauty and Mediterranean architecture, with stone pathways, lush gardens and porticoes of terracotta, granite and fine wood. Opposite stretches the beautiful Gulf of Marinella, with its famous beach of fine white sand, a paradise for the eyes and soul.

Each flat, located either on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a covered veranda, is a corner of peace. Some have a view of the beautiful Gulf of Marinella. They are equipped with LCD SAT TV, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The tastefully and simply furnished rooms have low beds and functional furniture, creating a cosy and relaxing environment.

- One-room apartment 3: A large living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, armchair bed and bathroom. No extra bed available.

- 1-Bedroom Apartment 4: A large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or two chair beds, double bedroom and bathroom.

- 1-Bedroom Apartment 4 Two bathrooms: Identical to the Bilo 4 beds, but with the advantage of two bathrooms.

- 2-Bedroom Apartment 6: A large living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed or two chair beds, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

- 2-Bedroom Apartment 6  Two bathrooms: Same as Trilo 6-bed, but with two bathrooms for added convenience.

Marinella Residence has a reception office, free WI-FI in the service area and unattended car parking. The facility offers a bar, a restaurant and a bazaar. For sports enthusiasts, 3 floodlit multi-purpose (tennis/football) synthetic grass courts are available for a fee.

The private beach area, equipped with parasols and sun loungers, is the ideal place to enjoy the sun and sea in total relaxation. A short footpath, immersed in typical Mediterranean vegetation, leads to the sandy cove reserved for hotel guests, where they can take advantage of the bathing facilities available from 01/06 to 30/09.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:
- Deposit: euro 100 per flat.

- Midweek bed linen or towels: euro 10 per person per change
- Extra bed (except in Studio 3): euro 10 per day
- Baby cot: euro 5 per day (for baby cot brought by the client no extra charge - max 1 per flat)
- Pets: small pets allowed on request, euro 70 per stay
