Residence Baia Santa Reparata

Located just 3 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura, a short distance from the sea, Residence Baia Santa Reparata is harmoniously immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation. It is located in the bay of the same name, which is characterised by white sand interspersed with rocks and a splendid crystal-clear sea. It is located 65 km from the port/airport of Olbia.

Residence Baia Santa Reparata consists of small, two-storey, terraced units housing the various flats, all with sea views. There are 39 flats, which can be on the ground or first floor, have a separate entrance and are equipped with a patio, balcony or garden. The distance to the sea is between 150 and 400 metres.

In the vicinity of the sports facilities, in an area closer to the sea, there is a group of flats called 'VIP', which are modernly furnished and where it is not, however, possible to add extra beds.

Nearby are unguarded parking spaces, a mini market and the bus stop to the nearby beaches or the centre of St. Teresa. At the reception it is possible to book excursions and tables at restaurants that have an agreement with the residence, where you can taste the typical flavours of Sardinia.

In the central part of the complex, closer to the sea and surrounded by vegetation, is an area that includes the Pool Park open from 1 June to 30 September, where there are seawater pools for adults and children, sun umbrellas deckchairs and sun loungers in the solarium.

Check-in: 17:00-20:00 (any arrivals outside these hours must be agreed in advance). Check-ins after 23:00 will be subject to a surcharge of euro 30. Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Small pets are allowed on request, at an additional cost of euro 70 per pet per stay.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:

- Forfait services (compulsory over 2 years and entirely due for a minimum of 7 days): €9 per person per day for flat rate consumption, bed and bathroom linen with weekly change, TV equipment in the flat. The final cleaning service, mandatory, costs €50 for two-room apartments and €80 for three-room apartments. The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment and the disposal of waste are at the charge of the client; otherwise € 50 will be charged. 

- Deposit: € 150 per flat.
- Late Check in (for arrivals after 10pm): 30 euro per flat.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (on request, to be paid on site )
- Midweek bed/bath linen: € 15 per person for each subsequent change
- Air Conditioning: € 12 per day (only for VIP flat)
- Cot: € 5 per day (for cot brought by the client no extra charge. max 1 per flat)
- Extra Bed: available upon request at a cost of €10 per day.
