Residence

The residence Le Fontane is located in Villasimius, in a quiet residential area a few steps from the town center, about 2.5 km from the famous beach of Simius.

From the residence you can easily reach supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.

Cagliari airport and port are about 50 km away, while from the village you can also visit interesting archaeological sites, museums. The area also offers the possibility to practice different sports.

Apartments

The apartments of the residence Le Fontane can be found on the first or second floor and are equipped with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, telephone for internal use, kettle, oven, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, balcony or veranda. Washing machine with common use. They are available in the following types:

1-Bedroom Apartment 3

The apartment (about 33 sqm) consists of living room with kitchenette, wall-mounted bed and armchair, double bedroom, bathroom.

1-Bedroom Apartment 4

Apartment (45 sqm) with double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

Three-room apartment 5

Flat (approx. 50 sq m) with living room with wall bed, double bedroom (beds can be made into singles), small room with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower.

Three-room apartment 6

Flat (approx. 60 sqm) with living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom (beds can become singles), small bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. 

Services

The residence Le Fontane has a reception open from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00, a swimming pool, WI-FI service in the common areas, lift and use of bicycles until exhaustion (for use is required a deposit of 50), luggage storage, shared barbecue, unattended parking, bar, market.

Beach

The nearest beach is the famous Simius, about 2,500 m away. Within a few kilometers among the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia. Possibility of beach service (private management).

The Quota includes

Use of swimming pool, air conditioning, 1 umbrella per apartment, WI-FI; use of bicycles. Excursion booking service and car and motorbike rental (on payment). 

MANDATORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE: 

- Forfait Services: from 14/06 to 12/09, euro 10,00 per day for adults, euro 5,00 for children 3-11 years old, free for children 0-2 years old. Prices include electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed linen and towels per week, for stays of at least 14 nights.
- Final Cleaning: 1-Bedroom Apartments euro 80,00 and Three-room apartment 5 and 6 euro 90.00. kitchen cleaning and waste disposal at the guest's expense, otherwise supplement of euro 50,00.
- Deposit: euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer, charges to be paid by the customer.
- Tourist tax: to be paid on site in cash in accordance with the Villasimius municipality regulations.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID LOCALLY:

- Breakfast supplement: euro 6 person/day at the bar (1 hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 sweet or savoury croissant).
- Weekly cleaning: 1-Bedroom Apartments euro 40,00 (excluding kitchenette).
- Beach Towel: rent euro 5,00 per towel
- Extra bed linen: euro 10,00 per person per change.
- Bath linen: euro 10,00 per person per change.
- Family Kit: euro 8,00 per day (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair).
- High chair/Pushchair: euro 2,00 per day/piece.
- Cradle: 0/2.99 years old, euro 35,00/week.
- Pets: euro 50,00 per stay for additional cleaning.
- American coffee maker/Kettle: euro 2,00 per day/piece.
- Extra bed: 15€ per day

For arrivals after 8.00 p.m. not previously agreed with the Structure will be applied a supplement of euro 50 to be paid on site.
