The Palau Green Village residential complex was designed to reflect Sardinian tradition and architecture. All apartments are built with typical Sardinian stone and are surrounded by lush, meticulously maintained Mediterranean gardens and wind-sculpted granite rocks from the Gallura region. Footpaths nestled within the greenery connect the apartments to the pool.
The residence boasts a strategic location, just 500 m from Palau's center and its services, a 20-minute ferry ride from La Maddalena island with its stunning marine park, and a 30-minute drive from the exclusive Costa Smeralda. The beach, only 150 m away, is bordered by a green pine forest ideal for picnics and long walks, offering breathtaking views of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena islands.

Apartments
Elegantly furnished, the Palau Green Village apartments are located either on the ground floor with a private garden or on the first floor with a furnished veranda. All feature a fully equipped kitchenette, color TV, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, partial Wi-Fi coverage, and a toaster. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning (1 unit).

- Monolocale  2: living area with convertible twin beds, equipped kitchenette, bathroom, and space for a crib.

- Bilocale 4: living area with a double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom, and option for an extra crib or bed.
