Structure

The Residenze Gallura are located in the heart of San Teodoro, a tourist centre famous for its nightlife, nightlife and entertainment.

The residences are located a few steps away from the characteristic little square, the pulsating centre of the evening life of San Teodoro, which can be reached with a walk of about 400/500 metres.

On the east coast there are some of the most enchanting beaches of Sardinia, but also interesting archaeological sites and nature trails among the most beautiful on the island.

Apartments

The flats are all furnished in a simple and functional way.

Some are located on the ground floor, having an equipped garden, others are located on the first floor, and in this case they are equipped with a veranda.

All the apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioning (1 split), TV, washing machine, microwave, hairdryer, ironing board and iron on request.
The flats are available in the following types:

Three-roomed apartment 4

Accommodation of about 38 sqm, composed of living room with sofa, double bedroom and bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom.

Three-roomed apartment 5

Accommodation of about 38 sqm, composed of a living room with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom and a small bedroom with bunk beds plus a bathroom.

Three-roomed flat 6

Accommodation of 38 square metres composed of a living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom.

In the small rooms of all three types it is not possible to transform the bunk bed into single beds or into a double bed, due to lack of space.

Services

The residences have reception from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., an unattended car park, a communal barbecue, WiFi service and the possibility to use bicycles (subject to a deposit of € 50).

Beaches

The closest beach to the residences is the wonderful and famous white sandy beach of La Cinta, about 2 km away and reachable in a few minutes by car. The beach of La Cinta, thanks to its slowly sloping seabed, is ideal for bathing children, but the presence of numerous services (kiosks, tourist information services, possibility to rent umbrellas and deckchairs, but also skates, pedalos, etc.) makes it perfect to satisfy any need.

The price includes

Air conditioning, 1 sun umbrella per flat, WI-FI common area, use of bicycles while stocks last, booking excursions and renting cars and motorbikes (extra charge).

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:

- Forfait Services: euro 10 per day for adults, euro 5 for children 3-11 years, free for children 0-2 years. Prices include electricity, water, gas, 1 supply of bed and bathroom linen (bed linen change every 7 nights, for stays of at least 14 nights).
- Final cleaning: Trilocale 4 euro 80, Trilocale 5 euro 90, Trilocale 6 euro 90. Kitchenette to be cleaned by the client, otherwise supplement of euro 50.
- Deposit: euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after checking the state of the flat. In the case of departures outside reception office hours, the deposit can be returned by bank transfer, charges to be paid by the customer.
- Tourist tax: to be paid on site in cash, the amount varies according to the period.

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:

- Mid-week cleaning: Trilocale 4 euro 40, Trilocale 5 and Trilocale 6 euro 50 (excluding kitchenette)
- Beach towel: euro 5.00 per change.
- Extra bed linen: euro 20 double set, euro 10,00 single set.
- Bath linen: euro 10,00 per person per change.
- Family Kit: euro 6 per day (bath tub, bottle warmer, pram, high chair).
- High chair/stroller: euro 2 per day per piece.
- Pets: allowed max 25 kg, excluding common areas, euro 30 per stay for extra cleaning.
- American coffee machine/Kettle: euro 2 per day per piece.

NOTES:

- Check in: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Free stays until 14 June and from 14/09 with a minimum of 3 nights, other periods minimum 5 nights.
- Check out: 10 a.m.

Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property for the Key Box code to be issued. In the event of failure to communicate this, access to the property cannot be guaranteed and a supplement of 50 euros may be charged. For arrivals after 8pm, a telephone number of the client is requested. Please note that this complex has separate waste collection and that waste must be placed in special containers.
