Villa Angelina is a corner of paradise in Villasimius, just 450 meters from the wonderful Campus Beach. This elegant, recently renovated residence extends over approximately 140 m2 of harmonious design. The villa is ideal for small families, couples and groups of friends who love tranquility and uncontaminated Sardinia.

The villa which welcomes its guests in an embrace of exclusivity and privacy with its independent entrance and three private uncovered parking spaces is composed of two levels, in the basement, three double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower. The living area, embellished with an additional bathroom with shower, promises moments of conviviality and relaxation.The soul of the house is revealed in the equipped kitchen, designed for the creation of culinary delights, surrounded by your dearest loved ones.The presence of modern comforts such as flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating make every stay at Villa Angelina simply perfect.Outside you can enjoy dream scenarios for moments of pure relaxation from the shaded porch and the nearby equipped BBQ area.The swimming pool surrounded by the private garden, a solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrella and the two outdoor showers to give guests the daily pleasure of cooling off and enjoying the open air.

Extra cleaning (optional, upon customer request) - € 300,00
Extra cleaning fee with complete change of linen (room, bathroom and beach towels)

There is a refundable security deposit of € 800.00 to be paid by credit card upon check in, which will be returned on departure subject to any damage to the property.

Tourist tax, which is excluded from the total amount of the stay, is applied under the terms of municipal regulations where applicable. The Municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site, from 1 March to 31 October, amounting to € 1.00 (One/00) per person per night, for all overnight stays (excluding children under 10 years of age) and must be paid in cash during check-in.

Pets are not allowed.

Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00. Check-out: 08:00 - 10:00.

Please note: Check-in directly in Villa to be agreed at least 72 hours prior arrival. 

 At your arrival you will be required to sign a short-term rental agreement.
