Villa Escargot

In southern Sardinia, facing the beautiful beach of Costa Rei, Villa Escargot is spread over two floors, connected by an internal staircase of fine Sardinian marble. It consists of six bedrooms (4 doubles and 2 triple rooms), equipped with the following amenities: TV, en suite bathroom with shower, bidet and courtesy set. Five of the rooms are on the ground floor and have a patio, with direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

The Master Suite is located on the first floor and has a beautiful terrace with a sea view.

The living area, which has a fully equipped kitchen and various seating areas, opens onto a patio with a sea view, equipped with a beautiful dining table. Directly from the patio, down the six steps of a charming stone staircase, you reach the lawn, which leads down to the beach, where the sun loungers and straw umbrellas are positioned, guaranteeing maximum comfort.

Villa Escargot also has a beautiful swimming pool with two depth levels, which can be heated in the mid-season. Guests who do not want to miss out on keeping fit can use the fitness area set up on the lawn, where there is also a TV.
