Villa Ginestra is located inside the prestigious Borgo Smeraldo Resort, on a promontory near Arzachena, on the Emerald Coast. The living area of Villa Ginestra opens out towards the sea with a large terrace covered by wooden beams and furnished with a large dining table on a terracotta floor. Built in the unmistakable style of the Costa Smeralda, with white walls and exposed stonework, it differs from the other villas in the Borgo in the height of the main body and the privacy of the large swimming pool set in the lawn of the garden overlooking the inland landscape. The poolside is in local stone and light terracotta, with a large, elegant sunbathing area, furnished with comfortable chaise longues on a floor of warm Teak planks. 

The living area consists of a large room communicating with a spacious and comfortable fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. The ambience envelops guests in a romantic and elegant atmosphere dominated by a delicate mélange of colours from cream to dove grey, with skilful touches of golden yellow and soft pink. The warm contrast between the wood and the exposed roofing, the light-coloured terracotta flooring and the natural wood of the openings make the living room sweet and welcoming. 

The sleeping area consists of three double bedroom suites, one on the upper floor and two on the ground floor with separate entrances. A staircase in terracotta and juniper leads up to the romantic suite on the upper floor with its wooden beamed roof and exposed ceiling, parquet floor and a charming little balcony with wrought iron railing, supported by granite shelves, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. The atmosphere is dominated by the delicate light tones of the sand-coloured furnishings, the white of the linen and cotton, with elegant touches of yellow in the furnishing accessories and artworks. The Orosei marble tiling and the yellow walls of the bathroom area envelop guests in a warm atmosphere where they can relax in a comfortable Jacuzzi and an elegant vanity area. 

The two suites on the ground floor are spacious and bright, elegant in light tones with touches of soft turquoise on the Orosei marble floor and the other in warm tones on light terracotta floors. Both are equipped with a large double walk-in wardrobe and an elegant and comfortable bathroom area with hydro-massage bath, shower cubicle and vanity area.

Villa Ginestra is perfectly set in the breathtaking landscape of the Costa Smeralda, dominated by the view of the rocky coastline dotted with coves with fine sand and emerald sea. The nearby beach of Liscia Ruja is one of the most enchanting on the coast and not far away are Cala di Volpe with its natural harbour and beautiful beach, Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, all destinations for exclusive and luxury tourism. Olbia airport is about 20 km away.
