Villa Mandorlo

Located in Castiadas, a well-known tourist resort on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, the exclusive Villa Mandorlo is situated within a condominium of luxury villas and is spread over two levels, with a total area of approximately 220 m2.

The ground floor houses the living area with a flat-screen TV, dining area with table and chairs and an equipped kitchenette, an external bathroom with shower and a double bedroom (the bedroom is not directly lit, it overlooks a small cavity from which it gets light)

The first floor, on the other hand, is dedicated to the sleeping area with four bedrooms, three of which are double and one single:

- a master double bedroom with furnished terrace, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower

- a single bedroom with the possibility of a second pull-out bed, small wardrobe, and an external bathroom with shower.

- one room with double bed, wardrobe and external bathroom with shower

- one bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and external bathroom with shower

All rooms have air conditioning/heating. Furnished in a refined manner, they have a window and/or French door overlooking the private garden.

The Villa, with its own entrance and reserved parking space, has a beautiful infinity pool, a solarium equipped with sun loungers, and a barbecue area.

The splendid Scoglio di Peppino beach is 500 metres away: renowned for its fine sand and crystal-clear waters, it has a gently sloping shoreline that makes it suitable for children's swimming. No beach service is included.

The price includes:

- Use of the kitchen (which must be left clean). Waste disposal during the stay is the responsibility of the guests.

Important: If the kitchen/kitchenette and/or dishes are not cleaned, € 40.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.
In the event of failure to dispose of waste, € 100.00 shall be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

Service Fees (compulsory supplement) - € 500,00
- Linen hire for rooms and bathrooms
- Beach towels for the beach (beach service not included)
- Final cleaning (obligatory) of the house

There is a refundable security deposit of € 1500.00 to be paid by credit card upon check in, which will be returned on departure subject to any damage to the property.

The municipality of Castiadas requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid locally, for all stays from 1st June to 30th September amounting to € 1/person/night (children under 10 years old are excluded).

Pets not allowed.

Check-in: 16:00 – 21:00. Check-out: 10:00.

Please note: Check-in directly in Villa to be agreed at least 72 hours prior arrival.
