Vista Blu Resort

At the foot of Monte Carru, only 3 km from Alghero, the Vista Blu Resort villa complex is located in a hilly area and offers a splendid view of the bay of Capo Caccia.

The villas are in perfect harmony with their natural surroundings, surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean scrub and charming centuries-old olive trees.

The nearest port is Porto Torres (25 km), the nearest airport is Alghero (7 km). The Vista Blu Resort is 3.5 km from the sea. The use of a car is recommended.

The villas are very spacious, built using local materials such as wood and granite. They are equipped with kitchenette (with or without separation door), equipped kitchen, private garden with table and chairs, barbecue, private unattended parking and solarium with table and sunbeds.

Reception hours: 09-13/17-20.

Check-in is from 5pm to 8pm (arrivals at different times must be agreed in advance with the management; if no notice is given, reception is not guaranteed and a supplement of euro 50 may be requested).

The rate includes: use of the swimming pool, equipped with sun umbrellas and sun beds, subject to availability; air conditioning; one sun umbrella; use of bicycles subject to availability (deposit required); Wi-Fi in the swimming pool area and outdoor spaces.

Services available in the complex: solarium, equipped swimming pool, small bar open seasonally (at the managers' discretion), possibility of excursions and various rentals (for a fee).

Pets are allowed on request (to be reported when booking), at an additional cost of € 30.00 for final cleaning. They are not allowed in the common areas.

COMPULSORY COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE:
- Forfait Services: euro 7 per day for adults, euro 3 for children 3-11 years old, free for children 0-2. Prices include electricity, water, gas, 1 bed linen supply per week, for stays of 14 nights or more.
- Final Cleaning: Villa 4 / Villa 6 euro 80,00; Villa 8 euro 95,00. Kitchenette and waste disposal to be provided by the customer, otherwise a surcharge of EUR 50.00.
- Deposit: euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay after a check of the condition of the flat. In case of departures outside the reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (charges to be paid by the customer).

OPTIONAL COSTS TO BE PAID ON SITE: (to be requested at the time of booking)

- Daily rearrangement: Villa 4 / Villa 6 euro 50,00; Villa 8 euro 60,00 (excluding kitchenette)
- American coffee maker/Kettle: euro 2 per day/piece.
- Bed linen - euro 20 per set of double sheets; euro 10 per single bed set.
- Bathroom linen - euro 10 per set (which includes a shower towel, a face towel and a guest towel)
- Beach Towel rental: euro 5.00 per towel.
- Cradle (0-2,99 y.o.): euro 5,00 per day, free if brought by the customer.
- Pushchair or High Chair: euro 2 per day/piece..
- Family Kit: euro 8 per day  (cot, bath tub, bottle warmer, pushchair, high chair).
