Furnished in contemporary style, Helmi34 is a 2 room apartment located on the ground floor of a completely renovated historic building. It is located in the San Benedetto district, known for its covered market, one of the largest in Europe, a few steps from the shopping streets.

Helmi34 consists of a small entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, living area with double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and small laundry area.

Nearby: Opera Theater, Conservatory, Music Park, Court, Police Station, free and paid parking, public transport, shops, cafes, pastry shops, restaurants, pizzerias, shopping streets.

- Equipped kitchenette: city gas hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Rates include:

- Use of the kitchen (which must be returned clean - the necessary utensils are already available in the accommodation for small daily cleaning)
If the kitchen/kitchenette and/or dishes are not cleaned, € 40.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

There is a refundable security deposit of € 200.00 to be paid by credit card upon check in, which will be returned on departure subject to any damage to the property.

Animals not allowed. 

City tax to be paid on spot: € 1.50 per person, per night for the first 5 days of stay (except children under 12 years and adults over 70 years)

Check-in from 16.00 to 21.00 - Check-out before 10.00.

Please note: Check-in directly in Villa to be agreed at least 72 hours prior arrival. 

Before leaving the Villa, it is important to dispose of waste. 
In the event of failure to dispose of waste, € 100.00 will be deducted from the deposit as a penalty.

On arrival will be signed the rental contract for short tourist stays.
