Food and longevity: the Porto Cervo Food Festival 2015

The Porto Cervo Food Festival is back: the appointment with the main food and wine festival in Sardinia will take place on 6 and 7 June 2015 in Porto Cervo.

This year, the Costa Smeralda will host events that will have as main theme” longevity”.

Tastings, live cooking shows, cooking schools, theme dinners, workshops and other events that will recount the typical foods of the Sardinian diet and that will speak of the excellent regional food, with the participation of renowned chefs and other industry experts.

The event is organized by Starwood Hotels and the events will be held mainly at the Cervo Conference Center, where artisans of taste will be hosted for two days and will offer tastings of honey, jams, meats, cheeses, roe, caviar and sweets.
