Location
Located in an enchanting position directly on the sea and the beautiful beach of Campus: it is the Cormoran Hotel & Residence, surrounded by greenery, where you can breathe the scent of the sea and the clean, fresh air of the surrounding nature.

Hotel
Built like an amphitheater to give a better chance to enjoy the view, the Cormoran Hotel & Residence consists of five independent buildings: one with the hotel rooms, the restaurant and other generic services, the other four with the bungalows, villas and apartments.

Rooms
The accommodations have either garden view, or are located on the seaside or have sea view. All are comfortably furnished with light colours and natural tones. The balcony, terrace or veranda are furnished with table, chairs and/or loungers. All rooms have air conditioning, frigobar, hairdryer, safety box, TV LED with SKY TV (ability to select football games, films on demand through "Sky Pay Per View").

Classic – 19 sq.m., double with veranda or balcony, garden view or seaside (no sea view). 
Deluxe sea view – double room located on the first floor with balcony. Possibility to add a baby cot. 
Superior seaside – located a few steps from the sea, small balcony, double bed and small living room. Possibility to add a 3rd bed or a baby cot. 
Superior Family sea view – located on the first floor with small balcony. Composed by a double room, a smaller room with two single beds, small living area and a bathroom. Perfect for 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. 
Junior Suite sea view – open space room with living area with sofa bed, located on the first floor with a terrace. Possibility to add a baby cot. 
Bungalow Suite sea front – located on the ground floor only a few steps from the sea and near the mini club. They offer 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen area at the entrance, garden with equipped veranda. Ideal for 4/6 people and a baby cot. 

Bilo Apartments and Villas – room only accommodations, bookable only from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes beach service and activities at the Mini and Young Clubs.

Beach
The hotel has direct access to the beach of Campus, where he owns a concession with beach umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. The beach is about 300 meters long and is characterized by fine bright sand, the water is particularly suitable for divers: a short distance there are the island of Cavoli and the island of Serpentera.

The hotel offers free beach service with umbrella and deck chairs for all guests. Guests staying in Superior, Junior Suite, Bungalow Suite, Superior Family have moreover complimentary sun beds at disposal and the first row on the beach. 

Families
Children and young people have access to many entertainment activities. The hotel features a Mini Club for children aged 4 to 12 years (from 20/05 to 14/10) and one Young Club for children aged 12 years and older (03/06 to 02/09). The team of professionals will take care of your children, entertaining them with fun activities at the beach, the pool (specific for the youngest) and the playground.

Restaurant
The main restaurant at the Hotel Cormoran, with table service, offers first and second Mediterranean-style courses, accompanied by a large buffet of vegetables and desserts.

For lunch the a la carte restaurant is available. 

At the poolside the American Bar is open for a cocktail at sunset, with live music. The Beach Bar is available for cappuccinos, happy hours and, on request, fish or meat grilled. Moreover there are gala dinners and tipical Sardinian nights. 

Sport
Active guests can try their hand at water sports or consider the activities proposed by the Cormoran Hotel: tennis, boules, table tennis, beach volleyball, beach tennis are available free of charge; upon a reservation and to pay are: mountain bike, 18-holes golf course at 3 km, horseback riding at 3 km, diving. 

Services & Activities
For relaxing moments, the hotel features two swimming pools (one for adults and one for children), a private parking, a TV room, piano bar, cocktail bar, beach bar. Guests can explore the surroundings with interesting horseback excursions or sea excursions. A small supermarket is located in 300m distance. 

Complimentary Wi-Fi connection in public areas (reception, bar, swimming pool) and in the rooms Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite and Bungalow Suite.

Pets are not allowed.

Compulsory cost to be paid on site
€ 8 per person per day (excluding children under 6 years old) to be paid on site for gas, water, electricity, weekly change of bed linen and towels, final cleaning of the flat. Kitchenette, crockery, cutlery must be left perfectly clean on departure.

Tourist tax – the payment of € 4,00 per person/day is required, to be paid on spot.
