Il Borgo di Punta Marana Residence

In the heart of the Gulf of Marinella, between Golfo Aranci and Porto Rotondo, the Borgo di Punta Marana Hotel Residence is a recently built structure offering both the Hotel and Residence formula (accommodation only). It is located 5 km from Porto Rotondo and 15 km from the port and airport of Olbia.

It consists of a series of terraced buildings, joined together by wooden, terracotta and granite porticoes, which house the flats. In the small central square, not far away, is the reception office. Nearby is a small church, a market and, in the small harbour of Punta Marana (about 200 metres away), there is an ice cream parlour, a restaurant, a hairdresser's and a medical centre.

Furnished with care and surrounded by greenery, the flats can be on the ground floor and have a furnished patio, or on the first floor and have a terrace or veranda. 

The VIP type flats are located in more recent buildings, have a kitchenette and have air conditioning included in the rate. Non VIP flats do not have air conditioning.

The residence has a restaurant, a bar, a bazaar with tobacco and newspaper sales. An unattended car park is available for guests. Free Wi-Fi connection in the service area.

The residence restaurant is located in the central square, under the arcades, 100-250 metres from the rooms. The Hotel Formula includes breakfast and dinner, with table service.

The resort offers three multi-purpose tennis/soccer courts with lighting for a fee. Various water sports can be practised on the Marinella beach.

Small pets are allowed on request, at a cost of € 50.00 per stay.

The beautiful Marinella beach stretches right in front of the Borgo di Punta Marana Hotel Residence; it is flanked by a series of white sandy coves alternating with rocky areas, connected by a series of footpaths. The beach area reserved for guests is equipped with parasols and sunbeds (available subject to availability). Crossing the footpaths leads to the second reserved area, which is located in one of the white sandy coves (beach service is available from June to the end of September). The distance of the beach from the facility varies between 100 and 350 metres.

In addition to accommodation only, it is possible to choose the hotel formula, which includes breakfast and dinner.

Hotel formula rates include: beach service (1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds or deckchairs), three-weekly change of bed linen and daily change of bathroom linen, beach towel, daily tidying up and cleaning of the room, use of kitchenette with cleaning at the guest's charge.

Compulsory costs to be paid on site:
- Deposit: euro 100 per flat.

Optional services (on request, to be paid on the spot):
- Midweek bed or bathroom linen: euro 10 per person per change;
- Extra bed (except in Studio 3): euro 10 per day
- Baby cot: euro 5 per day (for baby cot brought by the client no extra charge - max 1 per flat);
