History
Dal Corsaro opened in 1967. Since its opening, the restaurant has been run by the family Deidda. Gianluigi and his wife Giuseppina, a professional sommelier, take lovingly care of every single detail.

At Dal Corsaro restaurant cooking is bound to the territory and to the exclusive use of local organic products. Menus are distinguished between the traditional one, and the innovative cuisine: the first one proposes typical regional courses, whereas the second puts together Sardinian products with other imported products to create unusual combinations which will satisfy your taste and stimulate new visual and olfactory emotions. The wine list comprises a selection of almost 400 different wines. This wine list is kept up-to-date by sommelier Giuseppina Pilloni, to feature only the best Sardinian, Italian and international wines. A great choice is also available among the spirits.
